Atlas is a conversational AI shopping assistant that helps you find products, compare prices, spot deals, and avoid bad purchases. Atlas provides opinions, recommendations, and information — he is not a licensed financial, legal, medical, or professional advisor.
Atlas is free to use. We earn commissions from retailers when you buy products through links Atlas shares. These commissions cost you nothing — the retailer's price stays the same. Atlas gives product recommendations based on publicly available information, user reviews, specifications, and his training. He strives to be accurate, but he can be wrong. Before making a significant purchase, verify the details with the retailer. We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, returns, warranty claims, or any other issue between you and a retailer.

We rate-limit aggressive traffic per IP address. We reserve the right to block access from any IP that abuses the Service.
When you send a message to Atlas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that message to generate a response and to store it as part of your session memory. We do not sell or redistribute your conversations. See our privacy policy.
The Atlas brand, Atlas's personality and voice, the conversational architecture, and the underlying genome structure are the intellectual property of Garcia Multimedia LLC and are protected by pending US patents. The conversational framework is covered under USPTO applications including ROSEY-001 through ROSEY-012 and WML-A/B.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee Atlas is always available, always accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Atlas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. If you don't like a product you bought based on Atlas's recommendation, take it up with the retailer. If a coupon doesn't work, the retailer decides that — not us.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Pima County, Arizona.
